BSP to support secular govt in Bihar

Bahujan Samaj Party on Tuesday decided to extend support to a 'secular government', led either by the RJD or any other combination in Bihar.

BSP general secretary Azad Gandhi said that BSP supremo Mayawati had written a letter to Governor Buta Singh extending her party's support to a secular government.

Asked whether it meant that the party, with two MLAs, would support the RJD in its bid to form the government, Gandhi said RJD was also one among the secular parties.
